Assalamualaikum Hi everyone, this time I want to share a beautiful and delicious recipe. This cake is usually served during mooncake festivals and is a type of fried mooncake. Its beautiful appearance makes it perfect for gifts or hampers. Ingredients: Dough A (water dough) 150 grams of medium-protein wheat flour 12 grams of powdered sugar 35 grams of white butter 1/4 teaspoon of salt 80 ml of water Dough B (oil dough) 160 grams of low-protein wheat flour 80 grams of white butter Filling 150 grams of steamed sweet potato 50 grams of granulated sugar 10 grams of butter For the filling, I usually use desiccated coconut, but this time I used steamed sweet potato; it tastes just as delicious.
