Last Days At My Norfolk Cottage | Q & A | New Name Reveal

Spring birdsong | day of dance | return of the green | back garden tour | a Peak District Easter | Q & A | new channel name reveal Down a winding North Norfolk lane between the heath and the sea lies The Old Shop, the beach-cobble cottage of artist and writer Imogen Ashwin. You know, the one with the dragon on the porch roof. April casts its magic across the land, bringing a wave of vivid greens and the scents of alexanders and gorse blossom, their aromas magnified by a new warmth in the sun. It takes a while to realise just how intense the dawn chorus has become. Longer days mean more time for adventures. Special journeys, but also the tiniest ones like a walk to the birches at golden hour or the alder carr at sunset. These simple joys won’t come to an end when I leave The Old Shop very soon. My tiny new cottage is just a couple of miles away so the same special places will still be there to reveal their magic season after season.
