What I learned this week and for the entire month OG FIT CLUB family, it’s a wrap. Nah, it’s is just the beginning. I’m down 30lbs and feeling great. Thanks for watching my videos. This video is my last week review of OMAD. I have learned 5 THINGS YOU MUST CONSUME ON OMAD You are what you consume - what you take on - what you allow to inter into your space 1. 5 things 1. Food 2. Liquids - water is vital. 3. Movement. - stay busy. Don’t sit all day - stay active 4. Workout - helps body to detox by sweating and burning calories 5. Build a Support system, for 1. I had my wife 2. My YouTube channel 3. My IG channel 4. OMAD COMMUNITY 5. MYSELF 2. Workouts - 1. traveled and did full body dumbbell workouts available at BB7FIT.COM 3. Weigh in 1. Jan 30 227lbs started Jan 3 at 255lbs 2. I am happy but I want more. I know there is more to explore 3. My body has adapted 4. Focus, energy, and lifestyle has improved. 4.
