I get sublingual drops just in case my absorption through my stomach is not up to par, I don’t like pills and those drops are vegan, organic and no added sugar and I love that for me. You have to have vitamin D with a fat or fatty meal, so I take my drops after I eat some pecans, walnuts and peanuts. The B12 drops are supposed to be taken 10 minutes before you eat. Reading and paying attention is fundamental. I understand not many people do that and I can tell lol. Also sugar-free is NOT the same as no added sugar. READ THE LABEL INSTEAD OF ASSUMING!
