Can I Win A Race With Only Sim Practice?

Can sim racing actually prepare you for a real race? For the opening round of the F1000 season at Brands Hatch, I’m doing something I’ve never done before… skipping real-life practice entirely. No Friday test day. No real laps. Straight into qualifying. Instead, I’m relying only on sim racing to prepare. But there’s a problem… My sim setup is completely different to the real car: No clutch (F1000 requires it for downshifts) Paddle shift vs sequential stick 2 pedals vs real race setup Inaccurate car mod + outdated track surface So I’m practicing at the right circuit… in the wrong car… with the wrong inputs. What could possibly go wrong?
