F1000 vs Rain - Brands Hatch Onboard

My first F1000 wet race! And I mean WET at Brands Hatch. We started the race on slicks, but the rain started on the first lap and we had to pit for wet tyres. See what happens during a hectic pitstop where all drivers had their tyres changed, and I got advice and reassurance from my driver coach Matthew Round-Garrido. The sun was low and the combined with the standing water, the visibility totally disappeared and it turned into one of the hardest races I’ve ever done. From racing blind in the spray to an unusual mid-race pit stop for coaching, this one had it all. In this video, I take you through the chaos of wet racing, the lessons I learned, and what it really feels like to drive on the limit when the track is soaked.
