We went to Mardi Gras at Universal Studios Florida for the food, characters, parade food & more. We checked out DreamWorks Land for an update and met the cute dogs & birds from Animal Actors! We also saw Doc from Back to the Future and an animatronic malfunction on E.T. We'll be back to try more mardi gras food and see some other performers we missed!
