TOTIM Polyurethane Foam Seats

The experience in the medical sector gained by TOTIM over the years has allowed the creation of an innovative product for the motorsport market: a fully sealed polyurethane foam insert to be placed between the driver and the seat, so as to perfectly adapt the respective shapes. The realization is simple and fast: by making pressure on the bag (available in various shapes and sizes) the two materials contained in it are mixed together, allowing the activator to expand the foam polyurethane up to 25 times its initial volume. Solidification takes place in about 20 minutes from activation and, after an hour, it is possible to proceed with cutting, to eliminate the excess material.
