How to Make A FORMULA 3 Seat (Both Methods)
In this video, we make two different kinds of seats. The first is made up of thousands of beads inside of a plastic bag for the Carlin FIA International F3 car, and the second is an expanding foam seat for the Motopark Academy Euroformula Open F3 car. Both of these types of seats are tedious to make (almost 7 hrs each), but the process is essential for open-wheel cars. A good seat can reduce fatigue on the driver as well as reduce pressure points, absorb significant impact, improve visibility, as well as give the driver better feeling - all things that help us go faster.
