Via Ferrata ⛰️DELLE AQUILE⛰️ - Włoska Orla Perć! 🔥(Wrzesień 2024)

The Via Ferrata Delle Aquile was my number one choice for our September trip to Lake Garda. It was built relatively recently, and in my opinion, it's one of the best I've ever climbed. Its difficulty ranges from C to D, with some guidebooks rating it D. At two points, the via ferrata splits into two possible options. This route offers everything a via ferrata typically has to offer – huge exposure, overhangs, steel steps, bridges suspended over a chasm, two loose, twisting ladders, and a traversable pendulum, rated E to F. The via ferrata is exceptionally airy, so I recommend it to those who can tolerate exposure and aren't afraid of heights. The climb from the summit of Cima Paganella takes 15 minutes to reach our steel cable, and the via ferrata itself takes about 3 hours with optimal traffic, including breaks for photos. The route is divided into nine sections, which I've marked in the video.
