Cultivating Connections: Why Relationships Matter for Youth Apprenticeship

Cultivating Connections introduces the concept of social capital, its vital role in opening doors to quality jobs, and its relevance to youth apprenticeships. PAYA National Partner Education Strategy Group will present their Social Capital Scope and Sequence—a four-step learning progression aligned to typical competencies for students in middle and high schools with activities and resources that guide students in building their social capital knowledge and skills and begin to activate their networks.
