I spent two years in the Philippines on an LDS mission in Northern Luzon, so Filipino food basically is home to me. But Emmie? Total first timer. We ordered Beef Kaldereta, Chicken Adobo, Lumpia, and rice — and let's just say her reactions did NOT disappoint.
