In this video, I turn a utilitarian bowl with gorgeous tight grain and a steady base from a wet blank that I cut from a black walnut log from behind the shed. I think wet wood is so relaxing to turn and to watch. This bowl is perfect for cereal, salad or whatever else gets eaten out of a bowl. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed making it.
