Hiris peria dan gaulkan bersama garam dan perapkan selama 30 minit. 2. Selepas 30 minit, perah menggunakan tangan dan letakkan di dalam bekas lain. 3. Kemudian masukkan tepung beras, tepung kacang kuda, serbuk cili, serbuk kunyit, serbuk jintan putih dan secubit garam(pilihan). Gaul sebati bersama peria. 4. Kemudian letak air sedikit demi sedikit dan gaul. 5. Kemudian, perap seketika dan mula goreng dengan letak peria sekeping – sekeping ke dalam minyak panas. 6. Kemudian angkat dan sedia untuk dihidang. Preparation time: 35 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Serving: 2 pax RECIPE Ingredients: 1 bitter gourd (sliced, remove seeds) 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp rice flour 1 tbsp chickpea flour 1 tsp chili powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin powder Pinch of salt (optional) A little water Oil (frying) Cooking method : 1. Slice bitter gourd and mix with salt and marinate for 30 minutes. 2. After 30 minutes, squeeze by hand and place in another container. 3. Then add rice flour, chickpea flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and a pinch of salt (optional). Mix well with bitter gourd. 4. Then add water little by little and mix. 5. Then, marinate for a while and put the bitter gourd slices one by one into the hot oil. 6. Then lift and ready to serve.
