O dostępności w praktyce. Jak ją zaprojektować, wydewelopować i przetetestować - (Sii)

Digital accessibility is increasingly featured in design requirements. Since June 28th, it has become a requirement for a wide range of companies. During this talk, we will combine theoretical and practical perspectives: first, we will discuss what accessibility is, who it's important to, and how compliance with it stems from regulations and standards (including WCAG). Then, we will demonstrate how to approach implementation in a real-world project—from translating requirements into design decisions, through implementation in a live application, to verifying results using assistive technologies (e.g., VoiceOver), working with focus, contrast, text scaling, labels, and element order. We will focus on the essence—a few key principles and common pitfalls—so that, in a concise format, everyone will gain clarity on where to begin and how to maintain direction in subsequent iterations, engaging individual team members. The goal of this talk is to seamlessly combine the "why" with the "how," so that participants leave with practical insights and a few proven starting steps toward products accessible to all.
