Grey Knights List Building Has Changed

Grey Knights list building is starting to feel very different going into 11th Edition. In this video, I’m looking at how we might need to rethink building Grey Knights lists, especially with new detachments, dispositions, Paladins becoming a serious conversation, Dreadknights still having a role, and Crowe with Purifiers continuing to offer strong pressure. The big question now is not just what units are good, but what job each unit is actually doing. Are Paladins becoming a real centrepiece? Do Dreadknights still give us the pressure we need? Do Strikes and Interceptors matter as much if we build around Purge? And how do we finish a Grey Knights list without making it too elite and too light on mission play? I also go through one of the list cores I want to test for 11th Edition and talk about the final points question: do we add more killing power, more utility, or double down on pressure? As always, this is just my take while I’m learning and testing the army, so I’d love to hear what you think. How are you building Grey Knights going into 11th Edition? Are you leaning into Paladins, sticking with Dreadknights, or keeping Warpbane pressure with Crowe and the boys? Let me know in the comments.
