La otra cara de Argentina 1985

Once upon a time, on December 24, 1986, Alfonsín brought his gift to the Argentines, as if it were a gift from Santa Claus. Well, it was more like a gift for the military junta's officers. It came in the form of a law, 23492, better known as the Full Stop Law, which established the statute of limitations for the crimes of forced disappearance, torture, aggravated homicide, and illegal detention during the national reorganization process. He later added another, the Due Obedience Law, which exonerated all officers from guilt.
