Here is my Patella Tendon Rupture checklist: ✅ Hyperflexion injury. ✅ Prior history of extensor mechanism injury. ✅ Swelling in and around the patella tendon. ✅ A "divot" in the patella tendon. ✅ Inability to perform a straight leg raise. ✅ High riding patella. ✅ Hyperextended knee posture with weight bearing.
