ESP32 Audio Output with I2S DMA and the MAX98357A Class D Amplifier

We're going to using the MAX98357A breakout board from Adafruit. This is a class D amplifier with an I2S interface which is great because it means our audio signal stays digital all the way up to the speaker output. You'll need a speaker to use the board with at least a 4ohm impedance and you can get up to 3W output.
