I Didn’t Plan This… I Moved to the Arctic (Svalbard)

I left Italy to move to Svalbard, one of the northernmost inhabited places on Earth. To many people, it seemed like a crazy decision: leaving behind the sun, my family, my comfort zone, and everything I knew to embrace the cold, the polar night, and a completely different way of life. Yet something inside me kept telling me this was where I needed to be. In this video, I share the story behind that decision, what pushed me to start over, and why, although I didn't realize it at the time, it turned out to be one of the best choices I've ever made. Svalbard taught me that happiness is sometimes found on the other side of fear, in places most people would never understand.
