Traditional metallics are being replaced by materials containing particles of real metal. The result is finishes that combine the look of natural wood with the characteristic shine of real metal. In this video, we demonstrate just such a finish. Steps for the "Copper Wood" finish: 1. Light brushing 2. Sanding with DVP01 P180 3. Renner JW M379/C66 Special Effect Copper 1 coat, 150 g/m2. Drying for 15 minutes. 4. Renner JW M379/C66 Special Effect Copper 2 coats, 150 g/m2. Drying for 24 hours. 5. Sanding with DVP04 P400-600 6. Renner GS L303 Bitumen Patina/Copper Oxide Layer: 50 g/m2.
