During World War 2, one of the most evil doctors who worked inside of the concentration camps was Karl Gebhardt. Gebhardt was a senior SS doctor and he was Heinrich Himmler's personal physician. He deliberately broke the legs of female prisoners of Ravensbruck Concentration Camp and then infected them with horrific diseases.
