"Flavored Breads" INGREDIENTS: --FOR THE DOUGH 1 kg 000 flour 500 cc warm water 50 g fresh yeast 20 g salt 100 g softened butter 60 g sugar Mixed seeds (flax, sunflower, sesame) --FOR THE BROWNING One egg Milk, to taste --FLAVORING 2 tbsp dried onion 2 tbsp dried oregano 200 g grated cheese 1 tbsp rosemary 100 g pitted black olives --FOR THE FILLINGS 200 g smoked pork loin 200 g raw ham 200g pork loin. 300g machine cheese. 200g blue cheese. 100g sun-dried tomatoes. 2 bunches of arugula. 2 caramelized onions. Mayonnaise, as needed. Mustard, as needed. --TO BRUSH AFTER BAKING 100g melted butter. PROCEDURE: --FOR THE DOUGH Form a ring with the flour and salt. Place the remaining ingredients, except the flavorings, in the center. Mix and knead. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Divide into 3. Deflate and add the filling. Knead. Cut the dough into 50g pieces, form into a ball, and place on a greased baking sheet. Let the dough rest for half an hour, covered. Prove. Brush with golden brown paint and sprinkle with the seed mix. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C. Once baked, brush with melted butter. Cut and fill.
