Mango Crepe Roll Cake Recipe (Only a Few Ingredients) | Moca Home

I wanted to make this mango crepe roll in a way that feels simple enough to make at home without spending too much time in the kitchen. Instead of making a tall crepe cake with many layers, I only used a few crepes and rolled them together with whipped cream and fresh mango. It takes much less time, but the finished slices still look beautiful. For the filling, I simply whipped fresh cream with sugar. The cream is light enough to let the sweetness of ripe mango stand out, and together they make a combination that never feels too heavy. After rolling everything together, I wrapped the crepe tightly with plastic wrap and chilled it before slicing. Waiting a little longer makes a big difference because the roll holds its shape much better. This has become one of my favorite mango desserts, especially during warm weather.
