Martin (9) vs. Gernot Bruckmann (25): Who can fly a remote-controlled model airplane faster through a course in the studio? Martin from Rosendahl loves everything to do with flying and technology. Even as a very young boy, he accompanied his dad and grandfather to the model airfield almost every weekend. At just three years old, he could hold the transmitter of the flight simulator and learned from his dad's skills. For his fifth birthday, he received a small motor glider, with which he made his first attempts at flying. Today, the nine-year-old is one of the youngest show pilots in Europe and has already participated in many championships and airshows. He wants to be a model builder or a real show pilot. His role model is Gernot Bruckmann – his opponent in the challenge. The 25-year-old from Austria is now a three-time Indoor Aerobatics World Champion and regularly participates in international competitions and airshows.
