In this video, I take a look at a customer’s 2013 Ford Escape that came in with a complaint of “no blower.” Turns out, the blower was actually running full blast—just with almost no airflow. After digging in, it became clear this issue was caused by some pretty questionable work done before the vehicle came to us.
