Try them yourself and you will do them even outside of the fasting period! Αν σου αρέσει η συνταγή, κάνε ΕΓΓΡΑΦΗ στο κανάλι! 👉 http://bit.ly/2Hd7EEV RECIPE: Ingredients For the syrup 800 g of sugar 1 liter of water 1 cinnamon stick For the Dough 1 teaspoon of yeast 150 ml of water 150 ml seed oil 1 spoon of cocoa 2 teaspoons of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon cloves 300 g of wheat flour 50 g of walnuts 1 sheet of puff pastry Method Let's start with the syrup. Boil all the ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan for 10 minutes. We continue with the dough, taking a bowl and dissolving the yeast in the warm water. Then, add the oil, cocoa, cinnamon, cloves and mix. Slowly incorporate the flour until it becomes a dough. Then, we throw in the chopped walnuts and work. Continue and place the puff pastry on the kitchen counter and cut it in half. We then take half the dough and make it into a stick. We place it on a piece of puff pastry and wrap it up. We repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients. Next, cut the stick into finger-thick slices and press lightly. Place the rolls in an oiled pan and bake them at 200 degrees Celsius, on the resistances, until they are golden brown. SYRUP: While they are hot, syrup them with cold syrup.
