A short, yet well-rounded 30-minute Vinyasa Flow class with a focus on balance and stability. You can expect a powerful full-body yoga class with core work (abdomen and back) and balance – exercises like Warrior Pose 3 (Virabhadrasana 3) and Side Planks (Vasisthasana). I'll give you variations for the different asanas and transitions, making the class suitable for all levels. Balance and stability exercises strengthen the deep muscles, which provide stability to our entire body and are particularly stressed when we find ourselves in an unstable position. These deep muscles include, for example, the deep abdominal and back muscles, which are important for the stability of the middle of the body (the core) and have a major influence on our posture and balance. So, if you still feel a bit wobbly during some exercises, it's just a sign that your deep muscles are working and building. This is not only great for your yoga practice, but also for your life off the mat!
