A new log recipe, and not just any log, here's a Kinder Bueno-style log. Rediscover the flavors of the famous Buenos with homemade Bueno cream. It's a real treat, one of the best logs I've made so far 🤩 Here I used a Meringa log mold and an insert mold from the Silikomart range. Ingredients: Bueno Cream: 100g hazelnuts (skinless) 75ml warm milk 30ml sweetened condensed milk 30ml hazelnut oil (or sunflower oil) 100g white chocolate Chocolate Sponge: 2 eggs 60g sugar 40g flour 20g unsweetened cocoa powder Bueno Insert: 5 tablespoons Bueno Cream 1.5g gelatin 150ml single cream (30% fat) Chocolate Mousse: 140g dark chocolate 100ml milk 3g gelatin 200ml single cream (30% fat) Chocolate/Praline Icing: 170g praline chocolate 30g dark chocolate 30ml hazelnut oil (or sunflower oil) Chocolate decoration: 50g melted dark chocolate
