Return to Ecuador for the Holidays, Quick Farm Tour, and a Look at the Neighbor’s Farm for Sale

Returning to Quito for the holidays. Let’s take a quick tour of our little farm in the Andes Mountains and have a discussion about escaping the United States, and finding ways to make an income separate from the American economy. Part of my plan is to buy a “casa rentera” in a nice neighborhood of Quito. If I can manage the financing on this house it will provide a good rental income of a little over 2k per month. The other part of my plan involves reducing my family’s expenses by growing much of our food on our farm. This video covers the first part of this two week trip back to Ecuador. We also take a look at the neighbor’s little avocado orchard and cute little house that they want to sell. The next video will be our holiday celebrations and a trip to the Pacific Ocean to spend 5 days at Casa Blanca in Same, Ecuador, way up in the wild Esmeraldas Province.
