from Tokyo to bartenders around the world https://bar-times-store.tokyo/ ———————————————————————— BAR TIMESでは、バーテンダーを対象とした「シンガニ カクテルコンテスト」を実施。シンガニをベースとしたオリジナルカクテルで、通常営業でも提供可能なカクテルをテーマに、ご考案いただきました。東京限定で実施し、多くのエントリーの中から入選した20の作品をご紹介いたします。 有光 伸哲 さん/BAR Tovarisch [コンセプト] 大切な人や家族・仲間と、夢やこれまでやこれからの人生を語り、その想いを共有する。人生は様々な事が起こり、嬉しいことや驚いたこと、時に悲しいこともあります。今年は特に多くの悲しみや混乱に包まれてしまいました。どうしようもない、どうしたらいいのか。こんなときだからこそ大切な人と、心の底からゆっくり素直に沢山話すべきなんだと私は思います。大切で素敵な時間を過ごす時、心を温めながら飲んでもらいたいカクテルとして、このShare Dreamを創作致しました。 [RECIPE] ※2杯分 ・シンガニ ロス パラレス/60ml ・牛乳/360ml ・カカオニブ/6tsp ・シロップ/40ml [つくり方] 鍋に牛乳を注ぎ、細かく砕いたカカオニブ、シロップ、シンガニを入れ、沸騰しないよう火にかけゆっくり温める。ティーポットに目の細かい茶漉しで濾しながら注ぐ。カップに注ぎカカオニブを飾る。 BAR TIMES held a "Singani Cocktail Contest" for bartenders. The theme of the contest was to create an original cocktail based on Singani that can be served in regular business. The contest was held only in Tokyo, and we would like to introduce the 20 entries that were selected from the many entries. Life happens in many ways, and we are happy, surprised, and sometimes sad. This year in particular has been filled with a lot of sadness and confusion. I can't help it, I don't know what to do. I believe that it is at times like these that we should talk a lot with our loved ones, slowly and honestly, from the bottom of our hearts. I created this Share Dream as a cocktail to be drunk to warm the heart while spending an important and wonderful time. [RECIPE] *two cups. Singani Los Parrales / 60ml Milk/360ml Cacao Nibs / 6tsp Syrup / 40ml [How to make] Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the finely crushed cacao nibs, syrup and singani and warm slowly over the heat to prevent it from boiling. Strain the mixture through a fine tea strainer into a teapot.
