from Tokyo to bartenders around the world https://bar-times-store.tokyo/ ———————————————————————— BAR TIMESでは、バーテンダーを対象とした「シンガニ カクテルコンテスト」を実施。シンガニをベースとしたオリジナルカクテルで、通常営業でも提供可能なカクテルをテーマに、ご考案いただきました。東京限定で実施し、多くのエントリーの中から入選した20の作品をご紹介いたします。 有光 伸哲 さん／BAR Tovarisch ［コンセプト］ 大切な人や家族・仲間と、夢やこれまでやこれからの人生を語り、その想いを共有する。人生は様々な事が起こり、嬉しいことや驚いたこと、時に悲しいこともあります。今年は特に多くの悲しみや混乱に包まれてしまいました。どうしようもない、どうしたらいいのか。こんなときだからこそ大切な人と、心の底からゆっくり素直に沢山話すべきなんだと私は思います。大切で素敵な時間を過ごす時、心を温めながら飲んでもらいたいカクテルとして、このShare Dreamを創作致しました。 ［RECIPE］ ※2杯分 ・シンガニ ロス パラレス／60ml ・牛乳／360ml ・カカオニブ／6tsp ・シロップ／40ml ［つくり方］ 鍋に牛乳を注ぎ、細かく砕いたカカオニブ、シロップ、シンガニを入れ、沸騰しないよう火にかけゆっくり温める。ティーポットに目の細かい茶漉しで濾しながら注ぐ。カップに注ぎカカオニブを飾る。 BAR TIMES held a "Singani Cocktail Contest" for bartenders. I believe that it is at times like these that we should talk a lot with our loved ones, slowly and honestly, from the bottom of our hearts. I created this Share Dream as a cocktail to be drunk to warm the heart while spending an important and wonderful time. ［RECIPE］ *two cups. Singani Los Parrales / 60ml Milk/360ml Cacao Nibs / 6tsp Syrup / 40ml ［How to make］ Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the finely crushed cacao nibs, syrup and singani and warm slowly over the heat to prevent it from boiling. Strain the mixture through a fine tea strainer into a teapot.
