Pour 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil over 230g cabbage, wrap in plastic wrap, and cook at 600W for 1 minute (4 minutes). Microwave for 0 seconds. Rub in salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of potato starch. Stir-fry the meat in 1.5 teaspoons of sesame oil.
