In this eleventh episode of the journalistic special "The Tip of the Iceberg," we analyze how, as the preliminary hearing in the Magnicide case progresses, the harassment campaigns against the victims and those seeking to clarify the murder of Fernando Villavicencio are also intensifying. We examine Marcelo Lasso's intrusion into the hearing, the threats and acts of intimidation reported by Amanda and Tamia Villavicencio, as well as the smear campaigns promoted by associates of several of the defendants. Furthermore, we review the new evidence presented by the prosecution during the sixth day of the hearing: the connections of alias "Gordo Luis," the information found on Rodney Rengel's devices, the meeting between René Coronel, Xavier Jordán, and María Paula Christiansen in Miami, and the audio recordings that reinforce new lines of investigation into the structure behind the assassination. This episode also addresses a troubling phenomenon: how harassment, digital violence, intimidation, and revictimization can become tools used to obstruct access to truth and justice.
