We often hold stress in these areas, and as you work through these poses, you can find some tension release as you stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.. You’ll only need a chair for today’s class. Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. This 30 minute yoga practice is day 1 of our 30 day yoga journey together. Join us as we build our practice from the ground up.
