Chair Yoga Around the Body in 30 Days - Legs - Some Seated, More Standing. In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses that focus on lengthening the muscles in our legs as well as building strength. We will hold our standing poses a little longer to build heat and strength in the legs. You’ll need a chair and a yoga strap for today’s class. If you don’t have a yoga strap, you can substitute a men’s necktie, a scarf or a belt. Or you can do the class without it. Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga.
