Hello! I'm back with 20 mins of beginner Pilates, all suitable for Scoliosis & Spinal Fusion. I have a spinal fusion T5-L4 and work with people all over the world with Scoliosis & Spinal Fusion. These are my favourite beginner moves to get you used to Pilates and learning key techniques. Let me know how you get on! Please note this is not suitable for those under 1 year post surgery.
