Introducing the 4456 challenge
Hi all, my name is Jeff Williams and I am introducing myself and my 4456 fitness challenge. The challenge consists of completing a 400lb clean (any variation), and 400 lb bench press, 500 lb squat (to at least parallel) and a 6 minute mile run (6:30 or faster) performed and recorded all on the same day. I'm really looking forward to documenting my journey!
