Pasta Recipe Please use this as a guide. I'm still learning how to make pasta, so I'm sure there are many inaccuracies. Please forgive me. 🍝Squid and Shrimp Peperoncino with Shiso Leaf Ingredients (Serving 1) ・100g pasta (1.6mm thick) ・2 garlic cloves ・Olive oil (enough to cover the garlic) ・1 chili pepper ・Frozen squid (as desired) ・80g vannamei shrimp ・10 shiso leaves ・Black pepper, to taste Directions 1. Add the garlic, chili pepper, and olive oil and bring to a boil. (High heat) 2. When the garlic starts to bubble, reduce the heat to medium and add the shrimp and squid. (Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper beforehand.) 3. Add 2-3 cups of cooking water. 4. Once the seafood is cooked through, remove the meat as it will shrink. 5.
