Pasta Recipe 🍝 Please use this as a guide. I'm still learning how to make pasta, so I'm sure there are many inaccuracies. Please forgive me. 🍝 Shrimp and Shiso Genovese Ingredients (Serves 2) [Shiso Genovese Paste Recipe] ・50cc olive oil ・1 garlic clove ・40 shiso leaves ・25g Parmesan cheese ・A little anchovy paste ・A little salt *If you shred or cut the ingredients into small pieces, they will be easier to mix in a processor. I think it will be easier to mix if you mix them in half instead of adding everything at once. ・70g shrimp ・Olive oil ・20g butter ・Half a clove of garlic ・200g pasta ・10 shiso leaves Directions ① Add the garlic and heat gently. ② Add the shrimp and season with salt and black pepper. ③ Add butter. ④ Once the butter has melted, add the cooking water. ⑤ Add the pasta, turn off the heat, and add the pesto. ⑥ Add the shiso leaves. ⑦ Place on a plate, top with cheese, and it's done!
