Ottumwa, IA Final Night for One-Way Streets Downtown, 5/18/14
The two main downtown streets in Ottumwa, Iowa - Second and Main - have been converted to two-way traffic permanently, after being one-way for a very long time. On May 18th, 2014, the night before the conversion, I drove downtown and along both streets, in both lanes one last time, and I took video while I did. This is it! Two-way traffic on these streets took a little getting used to, but today it works well.
