Check the detailed recipe below: Ingredients: • Salted Butter – 100 gms • Sugar (Fine Powder) – 40 gms • All Purpose Flour – 110 gms • Corn flour – 2 tsp • Salt – A Pinch • Vanilla Essence: 2-3 drops • Cumin Seeds – 1-2 tsp • Milk – 2 tsp Method: 1. Cream butter and sugar till it becomes light and fluffy. 2. Add corn flour, flour, salt, vanilla essence, cumin seeds and 2 tsp milk into butter sugar mix. 3. Mix them well until it gets piping consistency. 4. Fill prepared dough in a piping bag or you can roll out into small balls. 5. Pipe into desired shape and sprinkle some cumin seeds over it. 6. Freeze them for 1 hour in refrigerator. 7. Bake them in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 18 mins, until cookies edges start browning. 8. Once done, allow it to cool down. 9. Cookies are ready to serve, store them in an air tight container. Notes: • Take the butter out of the refrigerator at least an hour before baking. Butter should be soft to the touch, but not melted. • You can pipe Cookies into bite size rosettes, star or simply in round shape ( without nozzle ). • The more milk you add, the more the cookies will spread so, we recommend keeping the amount of milk less. • The creamed butter and sugar should be light in colour and fluffy in texture.
