Within walking distance from Ativo Plaza, Ativo Suites is their brand new residence connected to main highways such as LDP, MRR2, and NKVE. Their main concept of convenience within walking distance resulted in a super compact masterplan within 48 acres. They also leveraged on the Damansara East and West MRT station. As impressive as the presentation can be, my concern would be the overlooking issues within the mountains of high-rise buildings. Also, buyers will need to be informed on the potential noise of subsequent phases as Ativo Suites is still considered one of the earlier development. Overall, this masterplan just adds on that sprinkle of luxury to an existing charming matured address.
