冷やしソーメン　ひき肉とナスの味噌和え乗せ

I tried putting microwave-cooked ground meat and eggplant in miso dressing on top of chilled somen noodles. The somen dipping sauce is made with Bimisan, a local condiment from Yamanashi Prefecture. The ground meat and eggplant only contain salt and sugar in addition to the miso. The sauce is truly simple, using nothing but Bimisan. It's a perfect dish for the coming season. Please give it a try!
