February and early March might still feel like winter outside, but in the grow room, spring is already beginning. Today we’re starting more seeds and potting up young seedlings as we prepare for the coming garden season. There’s something hopeful about this time of year — trays filling up, tiny green sprouts reaching for the lights, and the promise of warmer days ahead.
