Baking Bread with CHICKPEA FLOUR — Tastier and Gluten-Free!

Welcome to our kitchen! Today, we're making a delicious and healthy chickpea bread that's perfect for any meal. This recipe is simple to follow and results in a soft, dense, and crumbly loaf. Get ready to bake something amazing! Ingredients: 350 g (12.3 oz) chickpea flour 🥣 5 g (0.2 oz) dry yeast 10 g (0.35 oz) salt 🧂 10 g (0.35 oz) sugar 🍬 5 g (0.2 oz) oregano 🌿 2 teaspoons mustard 🥄 2 teaspoons capers 🌿 50 g (1.8 oz) pesto 🌿 180 g (6.3 oz) sliced olives 🫒 260 ml (8.8 fl oz) warm water 💧 Cornmeal (for sprinkling) 🌽 Instructions: 1. Into a deep bowl, pour 350 g (12.3 oz) of chickpea flour, add 5 g (0.2 oz) of dry yeast, 10 g (0.35 oz) of salt, 10 g (0.35 oz) of sugar, 5 g (0.2 oz) oregano, 2 teaspoons of mustard, 2 teaspoons of capers, 50 g (1.8 oz) pesto, 180 g (6.3 oz) of sliced olives, and 260 ml (8.8 fl oz) of warm water. 2. Mix the dough and make a ball out of dough. 3. Cover with cling film and poke holes with a skewer. 4. Put the dough in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours to let it rise. 5. After the dough has risen, transfer it to a floured table and mix the dough using the envelope method. 6. Form into a roll, sprinkle with cornmeal, and transfer to a proofing container. 7. Sprinkle with cornmeal, cover with a towel, and let the dough rise for 30 minutes. 8. Once the dough has risen, transfer it to parchment paper. 9. Make slits with a blade to release air and give it a pattern. 10. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200°C (390°F). 11. Let the bread rest.
