Let the RENOS begin, January 2026.

The decision has been made after a lot of back and forth. We've decided to renovate this house and get it up to spec. The previous owners had already done half the council approvals so it would be a shame to waste that time and money. We will renovate to the standard on the building approvals and then see how we go about submitting for further renovations for the down stairs area. A lot of hoops will have to be jumped through to approve the second part of the renovation. So lets just start somewhere and get a move on!!!!
