I Bought a Motel That’s Burning Cash | 90 Day Update About 90 days ago we bought this motel, and in this video I’m giving a full update on how the deal is actually performing. After paying all the expenses, we barely cleared just over $1,000 in profit, which is obviously not where we want this deal to be.
