Confusion erupted inside a Colombo store in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul, after a customer purchased a tablet that malfunctioned from the first day of use. Despite immediately informing the salesperson, he was instructed to repeatedly recharge the tablet for several days, without any resolution. When he requested an exchange, he was told it would only be possible if he returned to the store within the first seven days. After that, he was instructed to seek warranty service from the manufacturer. The tablet was sent to Positivo's technical assistance, and a few days later, the customer received only a message stating "oxidation," with a charge of R$ 199 just for an estimate, without a report, photos, or detailed explanation. Feeling disrespected and not accepting the charge, the customer contacted TV Alerta.
