For 18 macarons + 1 tasting Macarons: 50 g oat flour 50 g powdered sugar 33 g egg white 45 g sugar Yellow food coloring A teaspoon of almond essence For the filling: 80 g milk chocolate Procedure: 1.Chop finely the oat flour and the powdered sugar, sift and mix for 30 seconds to incorporate the air. Set aside 2.Whip the egg white until foamy, add the sugar little by little and the yellow food coloring 3.Mix until stiff peaks form, combine the oat mixture little by little and mix from top to bottom. Combine the almond essence 4.It’s ready when it just creates a V, transfer to a piping bag. With a silicone baking tray form the macarons following the circles Form the remaining for the air fryer 5.Rest for 30 min - 1 h at room temperature, shake gently to remove bubbles 6.Cook for 12 minutes at 200 in air fryer Cook in the static oven at 150 for 13-15 minutes Let it cool 7.Detach slowly, leave half uncovered Macaron in air fryer: *Ugly but cook perfectly 😌 *This is perfectly flat Pair the biscuits *Crunchy 😋 8.Put in a silicon container the milk chocolate, close it and microwave for 2 minutes 9.Transfer the chocolate in a piping bag, fill the uncovered biscuits and leave for 10 seconds *Nothing is wasted, put the rest in a silicone mold and beat lightly to level 10.Pair the biscuits *It can be stored for 1 day at room temperature *Or store in the fridge for 3-4 days *Rest in the fridge for 24 - 48 hours before eating 11.Macaron in air fryer, baked macarons Wait 20 minutes before enjoying Thanks for watching 😋 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Music: Blue mountains
