Today I'm going to teach you a simple cake recipe that doesn't use yeast, the famous Bolo Mole / Bolo Pega-Marido / Bolo de Leite, but in the FOUR MILK version, super creamy, melt-in-your-mouth and wins over everyone. You're going to love it, BIG KISS ;** Ingredient List: 4 Milk Cake • 4 whole eggs • 1 cup of sugar (200 g) 🥛 The 4 Milks 1️⃣ 1 can of condensed milk (395 g), 2️⃣ ½ cup of powdered milk (50 g), 3️⃣ 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml), 4️⃣ 400 ml of whole milk, • 2 tablespoons of butter (50 g), • 50 g of shredded coconut (optional, but delicious!), • 1.5 cups of unleavened all-purpose flour (210 g).
